UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £2.50 per order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
While we may occasionally dispatch orders on weekends, standard processing times are based on business days.
Please note:
- Business days do not include most weekends or public holidays
- Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, or seasonal demand
Delivery & Tracking
All eligible orders include tracking where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and external factors once your order has left VLK Beauty.
Multiple Orders
Where possible, multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into one shipment to improve efficiency.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, VLK Beauty will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee order replacement or refund for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply if orders need to be resent.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier service.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or believed to be lost, please contact us via our website contact form.
VLK Beauty will assist in investigating the issue, and where a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, a replacement product will be provided.
Please note:
- Courier delays outside of our control do not automatically qualify for replacement
- Replacement is offered once loss has been confirmed
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description
Approved cases will be eligible for replacement in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
