Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At VLK Beauty, customer satisfaction and product hygiene are both extremely important to us. Please read our returns, refunds, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

You may return eligible items if:

  • Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The protective seal/plastic wrap remains intact

You may choose:

  • A full refund
  • An exchange for another product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

If a returned item is received opened, unsealed, or used when it does not meet return eligibility:

  • Your refund/exchange may be refused
  • The item can be returned back to you at your own shipping cost

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our contact form and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • We will provide a replacement product
  • VLK Beauty will cover any required shipping costs

Please note: We currently offer replacements only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an unopened, eligible item:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

If we sent the wrong item or your order is faulty or damaged:

  • VLK Beauty will cover shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method where possible.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Eligible unopened products may also be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, VLK Beauty will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
